During this engaging session, we will delve into topics such as effective communication, fostering emotional well-being, and nurturing spiritual growth. Dr. Bridget, an experienced speaker, and her team of Crystal Speights and Andre'a Perkins will share personal experiences and offer strategies for:
Collaborative Schedule:

*Each Workshop Session will be minimum of 1 hour and 10 minutes long. Each participant will swap out classrooms for each session with time for a bathroom break in between. If you begin with Session One, you will follow consecutively to Two and Three. If you begin in Session Two, you will follow consecutively to Three and One. If you begin in Sesson Three, you will follow consecutively to One and Two. All will gather in the closing session @ 3PM.
